We are currently experiencing problem with receiving payments and top ups through the Community Energy portal.

Until this this issue has been rectified our alternative payment method via our automatic phone line payments are available.

Have your account number and credit card ready to do the payment. American Express cards are not accepted.

Regarding our prepayment customers, your emergency credit on the meters has been increased to £50 temporary, until this issue has been resolved. This is to avoid anyone being cut of the supply during the weekend.
